Spray Foam Insulation
for Farm Buildings.

Agricultural buildings take a beating from extreme heat in summer, freezing temperatures in winter, humidity, condensation, and constant exposure to the elements. Standard insulation doesn't last. Spray foam does.

Closed-cell foam applied directly to metal surfaces eliminates condensation, controls temperature, prevents rust, and makes the space functional year-round for animals and equipment alike.

  • Eliminates condensation on metal roofs and walls
  • Controls humidity to protect livestock and stored equipment
  • Prevents rust and corrosion on metal structures
  • Reduces heating and cooling costs for climate-controlled spaces
  • Withstands the harshest agricultural environments

Benefits of Agricultural
Spray Foam Insulation

Agricultural spray foam does more than insulate it protects your investment.

No More Condensation

Metal buildings sweat, and that moisture destroys equipment, feeds mold, and creates slip hazards. Closed-cell foam stops it completely.

Better for Livestock

Stable temperatures mean healthier animals. Spray foam keeps barns warmer in winter and cooler in summer without constant HVAC running.

Protects Equipment

Temperature extremes and humidity wreck machinery. Foam-insulated equipment sheds extend the life of tractors, implements, and stored materials.

Rust Prevention

Closed-cell foam bonds directly to metal and acts as a moisture barrier, stopping the corrosion cycle that shortens the life of metal structures.

Where Spray Foam
Works on the Farm

If it's on your farm and it needs insulation, we can foam it.

01

Metal Barns & Pole Buildings

The most common agricultural application. Closed-cell foam sprayed directly to the interior metal eliminates condensation and creates a workable, comfortable space year-round.

02

Livestock Facilities

Horse stalls, poultry houses, hog barns, and dairy facilities all benefit from stable temperatures and humidity control. Healthier animals, lower vet bills.

03

Equipment & Storage Sheds

Protect your investment in machinery and stored materials. A foam-insulated shed maintains a stable environment that prevents corrosion and moisture damage.

04

Grain & Commodity Storage

Temperature and humidity control is critical for stored grain and commodities. Spray foam helps maintain the conditions needed to protect your harvest.

Agricultural Spray
Foam FAQ

What Kentucky farmers and property owners ask us most.

Once fully cured, typically within 24 hours, closed-cell spray foam is completely inert and safe around animals. During application, animals need to be moved out of the space. We'll work with your schedule to minimize disruption to your operation.

Yes, this is one of the most common reasons farmers call us. Closed-cell foam applied directly to the interior metal surface acts as a thermal break and vapor barrier, eliminating the condensation cycle that causes that sweating completely.

For condensation control on agricultural metal buildings, a minimum of 1–1.5 inches of closed-cell foam is typically sufficient. For full thermal performance and energy savings, 2–3 inches is more appropriate. We'll assess your specific building and recommend the right thickness during your estimate.

Both. Spray foam is excellent for retrofit applications on existing agricultural buildings. As long as the surface is clean and dry, foam can be applied to existing metal, wood, and concrete surfaces with great results.
